Beneath the gloss and glam of the profession lies the brutal reality of long and gruelling shooting schedules at most odd hours.

Ask Katrina Kaif, who hasn’t exactly been in the pink of her health lately. She’s in Spain shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and the odd shooting hours have already begun to take a toll on her health.

In Katrina’s own words, the film’s cast and crew has been shooting from 4 pm to 6 am every day. And the sleepless nights and slumberous days have sapped all vivacity out of the pretty babe. If that’s not enough, Katrina is also required to shoot the stunts.

Bipasha Basu was spotted with the dress on the cover of Verve's April 2010 edition. Meanwhile, Dutta was seen wearing the same outfit on Marie Claire's cover - May 2010 edition. Last but not the least; Aishwarya Rai Bachchan donned the dress on a recent photoshoot with hubby Abhishek Bachchan for Vogue, the July 2010 edition.
