LOS ANGELES (BHN) - A 20-year-old California woman has filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her baby boy, according to Star magazine in its new issue.
The woman, Mariah Yeater, is demanding the singer take a paternity test to confirm he is the father of the three-month-old child.
Yeater's signed affidavit says she had 30 seconds of wild monkey sex with Bieber in a backstage restroom after one of his concerts last year in Los Angeles.
A spokesman for Bieber reportedly called the charge a malicious fabrication, noting the singer's testicles haven't even dropped yet.
